An organic certified blend of coffees with a delicate cream and a floral aroma. Grown in Southern Ethiopia, in the Sidama region. Elevation: 1,550–2,200 meters — ideal for slow cherry maturation. Processing: Mostly washed, but natural (dry) Sidamo is also common.
